What we do:
It’s our aim to foster efficient and effective communication supporting parent/student initiatives, Parent Advisory Committee business and broader community involvement where appropriate.
How we do it:
• Liaise between PAC committees and PAC executive, the school administration and parents;
• Act as a conduit for broader community outreach when and where appropriate;
• Keep parent notice boards, confidential parent contact lists and PAC related email/web pages up to date;
• Ensure the PAC portion of the newsletter is submitted each month to school administration.
This arrived through our Blockwatch network....
Coyotes have adapted to urban areas due to the abundance of green spaces combined with rodent populations and garbage supplies that accompany any dense human populations. It is important to maintain the boundary between coyotes and people. It is when coyotes and other urban wildlife become too comfortable around people and our environments that the possibility for conflict can occur. We therefore ask people to deter coyotes that are showing signs of being habituated.
